In order to develop the rare earth ores at the Ambler mine it will be necessary to pass a bill in Congress in order to fight off the lawsuits from the greens. It took such an act of Congress for the Alaska pipeline to be built. That bill was introduced on March 1, 1973 and was signed by Nixon on November 16, 1973.
I believe, based solely on logic, and no inside information, that an Ambler access bill will be introduced. It would produce revenue for the feds, so it can avoid a filibuster. The company which would benefit is TMQ. Its stock has doubled since the election.
I’m not suggesting anyone buy this stock. I’m just having fun theorizing.
