If your business is failing, you bring in a turnaround specialist, or shit-disturber. He can be a bit of an asshole, but that’s OK. You want him to shake things up. Fire people. Set a new direction.
He’s not a long-term hire, just temporary. Over the long haul you want someone who unites your company, once it’s been turned around. Not a job for a shit disturber.
